Azur Drones has chosen VISEO and Microsoft Azure to optimize its customer support

Azur Drones is one of the global leaders in autonomous surveillance and inspection drones. The company developed the SKEYETECH system, a patented, remote-pilot-free drone solution designed to enhance security and support operations at sensitive sites. Fully integrated into existing security systems, SKEYETECH operates 24/7, conducting perimeter rounds, inspections, and assisting teams in crisis situations.

After gaining the first approval for an autonomous drone in 2019, Azur Drones has partnered with major players in the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Chemical sectors across Europe and the Middle East. The company’s next challenge was optimizing customer support and overseeing its global installations.

The primary challenge was establishing a robust IoT platform that could support complex aeronautical requirements. This included ensuring security, scalability, and seamless integration into their existing application ecosystem.

Azur Drones and VISEO set clear, prioritized goals from the start of the project through a “Vision Statement.” Daily meetings allowed the team to quickly identify problems, adjust technical choices, and refine the action plan.
